CYBEX/AVOCENT XYPLEX/MRV COMPUTER PARTS
This is a notice that this RFQ is a total set-aside for Small Business. Only quotes submitted by Small Business will be accepted by the Government.
Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Atlantic has a requirement for
materials manufactured by CYBEX/AVOCENT and XYPLEX/MRV. The contract
line item number (CLIN) and description for this procurement are: ** SEE
ATTACHED RFQ 14-Q-427724**.
This will be an all or none based award. The Government intends to award a
firm-fixed price contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one
responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency
requirements. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive
quotes for items other than the brand name CYBEX/AVOCENT and XYPLEX/MRV
equipment listed in this synopsis. The Government will accept quotes from all
Small Business responsible sources with the capability to provide the products
for the brand name cited above and will award a contract resulting from this
RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is
considered to be most advantageous to the Government. All part numbers
must be manufacturer's part numbers. All quotes must include the delivery
lead time after award of contract. All items must be on the contract at time of
submission. Registration to the System for Award Management (SAM) is
required. Vendors must be registered in the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). If
you are not registered, your quote may be refused. Please include your CAGE
code on your quote. UID labels are required for all items with a unit price of
$5,000.00 or over (MIL-STD-130N W/Change 1, 15-JUN-07).
The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this
requirement is 423430. Contract is to be FOB DESTINATION shipped to SPAWAR
ATLANTIC, RECEIVING OFFICER, 1008 TRIDENT STREET HANAHAN, SC 29410.
Quotes are due to Aimee Kourafas, Contract Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN,
Atlantic by 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, 07 July 2014. If you have

427724. Please do not call. The Government reserves the right to process the
procurement on a brand name based upon the responses received. The
Government will not pay for any information received.
