The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Item is Critical Application, nor is commercial item. Export Controlled does not apply. Item production requirement is in accordance with Breeze-Eastern Corporation; Cage 08484, Part Number-BL6331 requirements.
Required delivery objective is 120 days total for total production. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
