CUSTODIAL SERVICES, TEMPE CAMPUS
Arizona State University seeks proposals from qualified firms for Custodial Services for
its Tempe Campus. Proposals are to include a pricing schedule for each building
identified below, per the Specifications/Scope of Work in Section V of this Request for
Proposal. An optional pre-proposal conference will be held at the Tempe Campus,
which will include a walk through tour of the buildings. This optional meeting/tour is to
benefit those firms interested in contracting with ASU Tempe for these services.
Where available, the cleanable square footage for each building is provided. Those
buildings where the cleanable square footage is not noted can be measured at the site
on the day of the optional walk through meeting.
Please note that ASU wishes to have a cost listed separately for the Porter Service and
the carpet cleaning service, in addition to having the cost included with the general
services for the Tempe Campus. The University may elect to do multiple awards or
award all to one firm.
