CUSTODIAL SERVICE WETHERSFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT
The purpose of these specifications is to obtain custodial and cleaning services for approximately 27,000
square feet of the Police Facility located at 250 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, CT in accordance
with the standards set forth in the Bid Document (square footage is an estimate only). Prospective bidders
are expected to verify exact square footage. The contract is for a one year period with the option to renew
for additional year upon the mutual agreement of all parties.
