Evaluation Factors: will be based on prompt delivery (10 days ARO) and the item's spec's from the firms proposed product which will be approved by comparing GSA's IPD. IAW FAR 11.105, the procurement will be able to accept name brand or equal commercial products. All correspondance should be marked QSDJAB-JL-14-0011.Prices will be determined to be fair and reasonable, and award would be issued line by line to the low quote as a result of the RFQ.There are three location for delivery and their quantities:
