This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures.
PR 1000038952, Solicitation; SPE4A7-15-X-0429. This solicitation will contain an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). Covering National Stock Number (NSN) 1680-01-445-4811 with a base year plus four-one year option years. The part being procured is a Cushion, Seat Back under Part Number 34130P (CAGE 0WY76) for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 85each. Critical application item. The required delivery schedule with is 90. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Quantity variance is zero. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN.
