CTL ImmunoSpot S6 Macro Analyzer
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Infectious and Respiratory Disease (NCIRD), intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price purchase order to CTL Analyzers, LLC, Shaker Heights, OH to procured a brand name requirements. The current instrument is no longer functional due to parts are not available. This S6 Macro Analyzer model have added feature of reading many different plate and dish format analysis counting.
This contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit, negotiate and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), SAP and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government shall consider all responses received within six (6) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the CDC not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
