The construction of a new California State University, Fullerton Children's Center of approximately 15,317 GSF. Includes Administrative, Infant-Toddler and Preschool Buildings with 10 classrooms, service kitchen, central courtyard, extensive outdoor play yards and a drop-off driveway and parking lot. Also includes miscellaneous site improvements.
