This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Sub-part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, SC intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the South Carolina Army National Guard for equipment consiting of the following:
(1) 220V 1 Phase Vertical Band Saw Model: BSV-24 Manufacturer: Baileigh
(1) 220V Horizontal Band Saw Model: BS20MDM Manufacturer: Baileigh
(1) 1720 RPM Vertical Band Saw 5HP Model: JWBS-20-5 Manufacturer: Jet
This is aBrand Nameor Equal acquisition. If you are not submitting a bid for the equipment requested, you must demostrate that the equipment you are proposing
meets, at a minimum, all of the requirements of the equipment requested. Your submission MUST include all necessary and relevant equipment information to demonstrate the equipment will meet requirements.
Solicitation W912QG-18-R-0018 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This procurement is a Total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 333243.
To be considered for award, the offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), which can be accessed at: https://www.sam.gov). All vendors must have a publicly visible registration in SAM. Offerors must include the following information with their offer: DUNS Number, CAGE Code, Federal Tax ID Number,
Physical Address, Phone Number and the Point of Contact.
