Request for Propsal for a customized Constituent Management System for a 50-60 user public agency in Oakland California.
This tool will be used to to help manage the interactions required between the agency and the businesses in Alameda County California. In particular the data tracked will be related to managing waste/recycling and compost statistics for each constituent, and tracking regulatory and compliance interaction with these parties.
