The Corporation is seeking a contractor to replace or extend an existing Siebel 7.8 On-Premise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The Corporation seeks proposals for fixed bid pricing for a fully implemented base set of functions, including:
system development, testing and implementation
data migration
technical, administrative and user training
software pricing for all required functions
on-going maintenance and support costs
