We intend to contract for the purchase, implementation, training, and maintenance associated with a remotely hosted, comprehensive, fully integrated multi-user Customer Relations Management (CRM) Recruitment & Retention System.
Leveraging our current paper publications recruitment operations with technology is a necessity to minimize costs as competition for new students grows and the campus is required to meet State mandated enrollment growth targets or potentially forfeit millions of dollars of revenue. To keep up with the competitive nature of recruitment, to accurately predict and shape the academic characteristics of future enrollments, and to improve retention, the institution needs a comprehensive CRM technology system. This system will allow personalized delivery of Web content and electronic communications, provide 24x7 Web-delivered intelligent advising in multiple languages, and move to electronic cross-media (email, text and phone messages) targeted communications and results-tracking.
