1.CompassCare will receive questions in relation to this RFI until Friday, November 9
2.CompassCare will publish answers to all questions by Tuesday, November 13
3.Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to Daniel Tomlinson (
4.All RFI responses need to be received by Friday, November 30
a.Include administrative information: Name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail of designated point of contact.
b.Information on their business, including type, number of employees, specialties, history of organization, etc.
c.Summary of recommended solution(s) with appropriate links to access further information on those proposed solutions, maximum of 50 pages
5.Technology: Vendors should provide a thorough description of the technology on which the solution is based, including hardware, software, and database management tools, and how they intend to address any shortcomings (if any) that may exist in the current CompassCare environment. Specific details on operating systems, server architecture, platform, power and processing must be provided, whether the vendor is outlining a hosted solution or not. CompassCare reserves the right to govern where the solution is hosted.
