CR Reader Maintenance
Sources Sought only. This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis (market survey). This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract.
The Coatesville VA Medical Center is currently is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance, inspections and emergency service calls for Carestream DR9000 digital radiography system and two (2) Carestream Directview 850 CR Readers. The Contractor shall furnish all services and materials necessary to maintain covered equipment in "First Class Operating Condition".
The purpose of this sources sought is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified/verified Small businesses relative to the North American Industry Classification code (NAICS) 811219. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $19.0 million. To make an appropriate acquisition decision for this requirement, the Government will use responses to this sources sought synopsis. The type of solicitation issued and the manner of advertisement will depend on the responses to this sources sought synopsis.
Requirements Description:
The Contractor will provide unlimited emergency repair and call-back repair services as well as preventive maintenance inspections to include all parts, labor, travel and other materials including the x-ray tube for the following equipment:
Carestream DR9000 digital radiography system,
Carestream Directview 850 CR Reader,
Carestream Directview 850 CR Reader,
Submission Requirements for responses to this sources sought synopsis:
(1) Your intent to submit a quote for this project when it is formally advertised.
(2) Name of firm with address, phone and point of contact.
(3) Statement of Capability (SOC) stating your skills, experience, knowledge, and equipment required to perform the specified type of work. This should include documentation of past relevant experience and technical competence with a similar requirement.
(4) A copy of SAM.GOV active registration. Must reflect Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) and Small Business Administration Certification of Small Business Type, (Reps/Certs)
(5) A statement addressing your socioeconomic status such as Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned, Hubzone, etc.
If inadequate responses are received, this solicitation may be issued for full and open competition.
