CQ StateTrack Legislative Tracking Software
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to CQ Roll Call, Inc. for the CQ StateTrack Legislative Tracking Software. CQ StateTrack allows for a singular search parameter of both bills and regulations and provides a dedicated account curator/research assistant. This vendor's service also offers real time information. It allows simultaneous searching of legislation and regulation to avoid duplication. It also updates at a minimum of efery 24 hours and is aple to send email alerts to an unlimited number of recipients on an unlimited number of tracking topics. It is capable of putting a window to a live report of the legislative and regulatory searches on the website the program office places information. CQ Roll Call, Inc. is determined to be the sole business whose software provides the exact data/information/research capabilities required to track regulations by state. Other businesses identified offered some features but not the entirety of the features and capabilities required. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
