CQ Roll Call Subscription for HQMC P&R-OLA

The Headquarters U.S. Marine Corps (HQMC) Programs and Resources (P&R) and Office of Legislative Affairs (OLA), located at the Pentagon in Washington, DC, has a requirement for CQ Roll Call on-line subscription for up to 25 licensed users (P&R and OLA combined).  This is an unrestricted brand name or equal acquisition.  Vendors offering an equal product must meet all the salient characteristics outlined in the RFQ.  See attached USMC RFQ M00264-14-T-0077.  Proposals shall be emailed to [email protected] so that they are received no later than 15 July 2014, 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.  Late quotes will not be considered.
