CP Migrator Application
The Government intends to award a sole source contract for CP Migrator Licenses. The requested licenses can only be purchased from World Wide Technologies. The software license is needed to support PEO Aviation and G6 CIO.
The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) under the authority cited - The statutory
authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Government's intent to award a sole-source purchase to World Wide Technologies.
