The contract shall consist of one (1) base year and four (4) optional one-year periods. Contractor will establish and maintain for the total length of the contract, a Veterans Guest Internet Access (VGIA); a wireless Internet access service made available to everyone visiting or working at the Harry S Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital (HSTMVH), at the Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC s) and the off-site Compensation and Pension Clinic (C&P).
