COUNTY CONTINUITY OF OPERATIONS PLAN
Seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants, hereafter called �Proposer(s),� with demonstrated experience in completing Business Impact Analyses (BIAs); designing and writing Continuity of Operations Plans (COOPs), and conducting tabletop exercises for the purpose of testing planning assumptions.
All BIAs and COOPs will be consistent with the Federal Emergency Management Administration�s (FEMA) Continuity Guidance Circular 1 (DCD1) dated January 21, 2009 and provide the operational framework for the continuity of essential County functions and services during and following an emergency.
