COUNTER TOPS/CABINETS/SINKS REMOVAL/REPLACEMENT PROJECT
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to secure bids from vendors which will result in a contract to remove and replace cabinet counter tops, cabinets with doors, drawers and sinks with all necessary carpentry, plumbing supplies and fittings in residential lounges, laundry rooms, break rooms and 2nd floor large kitchen. There are three (3) lounges, three (3) laundry rooms, two (2) break rooms and one (1) kitchen. Each area has different dimensions. There is approximately 400 square feet of counter tops and 250 square feet of backsplash.
