COPY & BOND PAPER BID
The Wayne County Schools Purchasing Council (WCSPC) along with the Wayne County Regional Educational Service Agency (Wayne RESA), are requesting proposals, on behalf of the member schools and school districts in Wayne County, Michigan and those WCSPC member schools residing outside of Wayne County, for a COPY & BOND PAPER BID. This bid will include copy paper, xerographic paper, printer paper, colored paper, index stock and card stock, in a variety of sizes and colors. Schools will be able to order paper in quantities suitable to their needs and storage capacity throughout the entire bid period. The length of this bid will run from April 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010. Prices are to remain firm for the entire bid period. However, it is understood that the paper industry is subject to substantial changes, both up and down, in the cost of raw materials. Therefore, the successful Vendor will be allowed to review and revise prices through the one year bid period, but not more frequently than once per quarter. Revised prices will be subject to the approval of the Wayne County Schools Purchasing Council. The Vendor should specify a time line for these price reviews when submitting their bid.
