The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 500 each up to 3100 each maximum of a CONTROL UNIT, SUPERV; NSN: 2995-01-641-8045; Part Number: 4155T12P08 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 500 each, 203 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002. Forecast quantities are: 1st Year, 500 each, 2nd Year, 650 each, 3rd Year, 650 each, 4th Year, 650 each, 5th Year 650 each. This item is restricted to TRIUMPH ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEMS, LLC, CAGE CODE: 115993 and GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, CAGE CODE: 99207. This must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
