This solicitation will result in a fixed price contract. This procurement is full and open competition.


The NSN is export controlled. A Subcontracting Plan is required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is not required. EEO clearance is not required. Progress Payments is not authorized for this procurement. This is not a critical application item or a critical safety item. Government First Article Testing is required.


Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 10/22/19 with a closing date on 11/22/19.
