This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes ONLY. This is NOT a request for proposal or a solicitation. There will be no compensation provided for any submissions provided to the Government. THE ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND - REDSTONE (ACC-REDSTONE) is conducting market research to determine availability of interested sources (to include: Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, SOB, and WOSB/EDWOSB) that are capable of providing in country CLS for the Afghanistan Air Force fleet of Armed MD530F aircraft (28 aircraft) in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and a proposed start date of February 2017.


This is a request to determine what sources are capable of fulfilling this requirement. This sources sought is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to award a contract. The Government will not reimburse participants for information voluntarily provided. All information that is provided is strictly voluntary. Responses to these notices are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The information provided will be used to determine availability of capable sources. Any resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336411 . Interested sources are encouraged to review this Notice and the attached DRAFT PWS to familiarize themselves with the requirements of this project, and provide capability statements that contain and address the following areas:


(1) Company name, CAGE Code, and point of contact information to include name, title, phone number, and email address.


(2) Company size classification relative to the NAICS code for the proposed acquisition.


(3) Experience: Provide a list of recent relevant contracts (same or similar in nature of work, size, and complexity), including Contract Number.


(4) Address capability to provide contractor personnel for the specific task in the DRAFT PWS.


Information Submission Instructions:


(1) Questions regarding this Sources Sought Notice should be received via email only not later than 12:00 PM (EST) on February 12, 2016. Please email all questions to Mrs. Geraldine Williams at geraldine.williams.civ@mail.mil or Mr. Billy Gravitt at billy.r.gravitt.civ@mail.mil.


(2) Final capabilities statements should be received via email not later than 12:00 PM (EST) on February 24, 2016. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Final capabilities statements must be received in Microsoft Word or Adobe Portable Document Format, and be not more than five pages in length, single spaced, and 12-point font minimum.
