CONTRACTED MANAGEMENT OF PUBLIC HOUSING AND SECTION 8 FAMILY SELF SUFFICIENCY POSITIONS
The Vancouver Housing Authority (VHA) recently received funding for two Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) positions. One will work with our Low Rent Public Housing Residents and one with our Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Residents. We are soliciting proposals from qualified community agencies and/or consultants to provide case management services that meet the requirements of the HUD grants as outlined in this RFP and the attached job description (see Attachment A) and Action Plans (see Attachments B and C). Our goal will be to work closely with the community agency/consultant selected to ensure that these two new positions maintain an active partnership with current VHA FSS staff.
