The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a requirements contract with firm pricing for
networked digital multi-function devices on (1) an outright purchase and (2) on a cost per copy basis.
Multi-function devices are defined as copiers which will copy, network print, network scan, and fax, and
which may include finishing (stapling, stitching, collating, 3-hole punching, folding), all on one device.
