CONTRACT FOR MISCELLANEOUS MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND OPERATIONAL (MRO) ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES AMD MATERIALS

County and Public Schools consists of approximately 125 buildings, schools and other
facilities. The County and Schools maintains its facilities with in house staff and require various
manufacturers of electrical equipment, materials and supplies to be readily available to ensure adequate
MRO supplies are on hand when needed. Last year the County procured approximately $225,000.00 in
MRO electrical supplies.
County staff will procure the majority of the needed materials through walk-in procurement; however,
phone, fax or electronic purchase orders will be placed as needed. On occasion, orders may require
delivery.

The initial term of this contract shall be for a period effective from date of award through May 31, 2010.
