The City of Vancouver (the City) invites proposals for consulting services to develop, establish and implement a comprehensive Sustainable and Ethical Purchasing Policy (SEPP). This policy will expand the services and commodities currently contained in the City of Vancouvers Ethical Purchasing Policy (EPP) and incorporate other existing Policies.
