CONSULTING SERVICES RELATED TO THE FACILITATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY STRATEGIC PLANNING
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to enable the District to enter into a
contract with a consultant with expertise in strategic planning for information
technology to facilitate the planning process and supplement the present District
resources in this endeavor. In developing the strategic plan, the District intends to
leverage the use of its access to Gartner Research to validate the planning process as it
proceeds, as well as to gain understanding of technology and business process trends.
