CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE PARKS & RECREATION STRATEGIC MASTER PLAN UPDATE
The City of London (herein after referred to as the City) is seeking proposals from a multi-faceted
consulting team with expertise in parks and recreation master planning, policy development, community
outreach and facilitation and implementation feasibility/costing. Consulting services are sought to assist
and work with staff to prepare an update to the Parks and Recreation Strategic Master Plan. The City is
looking for an approach that will strategically integrate the communitys needs, Councils new vision and
strategic priorities into the Plan. The update will provide direction and guidance for managing parks and
recreation programs, infrastructure and investment in a fiscally responsible plan to the year 2025.
