Seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants with demonstrated experience in performing business case and job analyses. The City proposes to engage the successful Proposer for the following services: Develop a report which details the business and job analysis of both the non-emergency call-taker position and other evaluated city work group positions, provide a business case for the non-emergency call center, and produce a template that staff can use to perform these same business and job analyses of other City work groups.
