Scope of Work: This project is to perform elements of the Districts Watershed Management Program for selected watersheds in the 16 county area served by the District. The WMP includes five major elements: Digital Topographic Information; Watershed Evaluation; Watershed Management Plan; Implementation of Best Management Practices (BMPs); and Maintenance of Watershed Parameters and Models.
