CONSTRUCTION ROADS IDIQ BLACK MESA RD
The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Black Mesa Ranger District, has requirement for Forest Roads Maintenance, Repairs, and Construction.
All of this work is covered under the Davis-Bacon Act. The Government anticipates making multiple awards (MAS) of Firm Fixed-Price IDIQ (Indefinite-Delivery / Indefinite-Quantity) contracts under the Request For Proposal (RFP) format.
This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business size standard is $36.5 Million under NAICS code 237310.
The solicitation packages, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after December 15, 2017, and will be posted at http://www.fbo.gov.
In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Contractors shall be registered in System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov ) in order to remain in the competitive range.
No Telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. Vendors may request an electronic copy of the solicitation package by email to: wabbott@fs.fed.us
Offers to the solicitation may sent electronically to the Contracting Officer at wabbott@fs.fed.us.
The Closing Date for responses (offers) to the RFP shall be January 17, 2018, 4:00 pm Arizona time.
