PROJECT TITLE: CONSTRUCTION OF TEEPEE STORAGE UNITS
DESCRIPTION: Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials and
incidentals for the construction of three (3) storage sheds that will house Teepee Poles, in accordance with the statement of work, contract terms and conditions.
PROJECT LOCATION: Haskell Indian Nations University, Lawrence, KS, Douglas County.

MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: As required under FAR Part 36.204, Project Magnitude is less
than $25,000. Due to magnitude, a Pre-Solicitation Notice and Bonding is not required.
BID SCHEDULE: Bid to be submitted as a lump sum on Page 2 of the SF-1442. Bid can be
submitted by mail or email to the Contracting Officer, Jocelyn LittleChief. Project name and solicitation number should be cited on the outside of the envelope or in the subject line of the email. Email address is : Jocelyn.littlechief@bia.gov.
This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside.
