CONSTRUCTION OF ENTRANCE GATE AT THE CRADLE OF FORESTRY, PISGAH RANGER DISTRICT, BREVARD, NC
The USDA Forest Service has a requirement for construction of an entrance gate at the Cradle of Forestry in the Pisgah Ranger District, located in Transylvania County, near Brevard, NC.
This procurement is set aside 100% for Small Business.
The magnitude of this construction project is betweeen $25,000 and $100,000.
Payment Bonds are required of the awardee if the award is over $30,000 within 10 days of the notice of award.
This project site is easily accessable and therefore their is no scheduled Site Visit/Pre-Proposal meeting. Offerors can visit the site at their convenience.
