CONSTRUCTION OF CHEOAH RIVER PUT-IN/TAKE OUT
USDA FS National Forest of NC has a requirement for construction of the Cheoah River Put-in, Take-out at the Cheoah River Recreation Area River Mile 2.3, located on the Cheoah Ranger District, Graham County, west of Bryson City, NC. This project includes asphalt and concrete work.

This procurement is 100% set aside for Small Business
A 20% bid bond/bid guarantee is required at the time of submission of the proposal packages.
100% payment and performance bonds will be required from the awardee within 10 days of the notice of award.
This project is anticipated to be completed within 120 days of receipt of the notice to proceed.
The cost range of this project is between $150,000 and $500,000
