CONSTRUCTION OF A OBSERVATION TOWER AND BOARDWALK
The project generally consists of the construction of a lake observation tower with a ground level, mid level and top level platforms (finish floor level for top platform is approx. 61 feet above grade) for wildlife and habitat observation at a State Park. The ADA- compliant structure includes and exterior staircase and encloses an elevator. Additionally, there is a long sloping boardwalk leading up to the ground level.
