CONSTRUCTION MUNITIONS MAINTENANCE & INSPECTION FACILITY
The 911th Airlift Wing, Pittsburgh IAP ARS, Coraopolis, PA 15108 intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB), This is a firm fixed-price contract to provide for all labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to Construct Munitions Maintenance and Inspection Facility, Project JLSS 12-0011. Work includes, but not limited to, constructing a 1050 SF (GROSS) Munitions Maintenance and Inspection (M&I) Facility, excavation/fill, utility connections, restroom, mechanical room, drive-thru vehicle bay, standing seam roof, fascia, gutters, sidewalks, fencing, interior communications. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract documents. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code is 236220. The applicable size standard is $36.5 million. Invitation for Bid, FA6712-17-B-0003 will be available o/a 20 Aug 2017. Proposal closing date will be o/a 20 Sep 2017. This action is being set-aside for competition restricted to Small Business firms IAW FAR Subpart 19.14 and 52.219-27. Performance period is 300 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date with no obligation to the offeror by the government. Note: Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Firms can register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/. ; Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line using SAM. Offerors must be a certified Small Business firm at the time of the proposal closing date.
