The project will be a new Field Operations Building located on Cedar Park’s Public Works
complex along 183A south of Brushy Creek Road (2401 183A Toll Road). The total square
footage of the building will be approximately 15,000 square foot and accommodate the
following: staff office space, conference room, training room, and three (3) drive-thru utility
bays for equipment storage and maintenance. The estimated cost of construction is
$2,000,000.
