CONSTRUCTION MANAGER GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES
The new Police Crime Laboratory will be roughly a 60,000 GSF
building to replace the existing Crime Lab facilities. It will be located on the existing parking lot, at the existing Police campus. It is anticipated
that there may be up to 4 above-ground levels and possibly two underground levels. Portions of the
underground levels may be dedicated to parking as well as the secure storage. Ultimate configuration of
the building will depend upon the reprogramming effort necessary to achieve the maximum possible
facility for the $21M construction budget allocated by the Bond Issue for this Project.
