CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK PROJECT
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
The Construction Manager will be selected in a three-step process. In step one, the
Respondent’s SOQ will be ranked based on the criteria set out in RFQ/RFP and
Respondents will be short-listed.. In step two, short-listed Respondents will make
presentations and will be evaluated in accordance with RFQ/RFP. Based on the combined
score of the SOQs and presentation the Respondents will be further short-listed to submit
proposals. In step three, proposals will be scored in accordance with RFQ/RFP.
