Project will consist of providing construction engineering and management, Owner Independent Verification (IV) and Independent Assurance (IA) Inspection and Testing, and contract administration services as an Agent of the Department for this Design-Build road and bridge project. This project has been advertised and notice to proceed was issued on August 7, 2009 with an anticipated duration of approximately 5 years. The approximate construction cost is $90 Million dollars.
