The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering
firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for:
Project: I-95 Bridge Rehabilitation Project, Richmond District: Project will consist of providing
construction engineering/inspection services for bridge rehabilitation to approximately 11 (eleven)
bridges located on Route I-95 in the Richmond District. The approximate advertisement date is
December 2009 with an anticipated duration of 4 (four) years. The approximate construction cost is
$120 Million dollars.
