CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING INSPECTION SERVICES FOR HAMPTON ROADS DISTRICT-WIDE
The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering
firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for:
A Hampton Roads District-Wide Contract providing construction engineering inspection services under a
Fixed Billable Rate Contract. This contract will be for a 1 year contract period with optional 2 one-year
renewable terms. The proposed one-year contract will have a total maximum compensation not to exceed
$2,000,000.00.
