CONSTRUCTION: RANGE FENCE IDIQ
The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule (multiple year) Range Fence Construction contracts.
The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract under the Request For Proposals format using Best Value-Tradeoffs. Award of minimum of 2 contracts will be made under this solicitation to the offers that provide the best value (price and technical).
The approximate performance period for the awarded contracts will be March 1, 2018 through December 31, 2021. All work under the contracts are subject to Davis-Bacon Wage Act.
This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code 238990 applies to this procurement for which the Small Business size standard is $15.0 million.
In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov .
