CONSTR Cost Estimating S/W
The United States Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC), in support of the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Headquarters, has a requirement for 200 Seated or Concurrent-type contruction cost estimating software licenses and annual software maintenance. A single firm-fixed-price purchase order will result from this solicitation.
Engineering Cost Estimating Software desktop (SEATED or CONCURRENT) or SaaS (CONCURRENT-TYPE or SEATED)
Minimum Requirements/ Salient Characteristics
- RS Means Building Construction Cost Books
- Capability to create custom cost books for JOC and IDIQ
- Must create estimates in DOC, PDF, and XLS format
