CONSOLIDATED RETIREMENT SYSTEM NEW PENSION ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM
TCRS wishes to replace its current Line of Business software with a comprehensive, scalable, browserbased
solution supported by an RDMS (Relational Database Management System). System functionality
must provide document and correspondence management, business process workflow, member and
employer self-service, ad-hoc reporting, call center routing, benefit calculation, and retiree payroll.
System must interface with existing ECM (Enterprise Content Management), imaging, and ERP
(Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
