PRON: D18H0132D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a ADQ SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) CONTRACT FOR CONSOLE, MISSILE GUI with a quantity of 24 each, NSN: 1430-01-669-8386, Part Number:13638919-13 applicable to Missile weapon System(D6). Production Lead Time with NO TEST REQUIRED is 24 each, 255 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to FORT BLISS, TX 79916-5801. This item is competitive. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions.

Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.

THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA THAT CANNOT BE RELEASED EXCEPT TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. NO DOCUMENTATION IS BEING RELEASED WITH THIS SOLICITATION. ACQUISITION DOCUMENTATION IS SOLE SOURCE TO THE RESTRICTED SOURCE OF SUPPLY.

NOTE 22: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
