SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE:
Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Department of Veteran Affairs, Tampa, FL is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), small business sources; HUB Zone 8(a), Women-Owned, or small disadvantaged business concerns; and their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333314. contribute in determining the method of procurement.
Interested parties submitting a response to this inquiry must include the following information:

4. DUNS Number and any pertinent information, which demonstrates firm s ability to meet the requirement.
5. Respondents must be currently registered in SAM and verified in VetBiz. https://vip.vetbiz.gov, prior to award.
The responses to this announcement will assist in determining the socio-economic set aside if feasible. The Veterans Administration is required by Public Law 109-461 to provide first priority to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) concerns if sufficient firms are available to compete under a SDVOSB/VOSB set aside. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this source sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement will be published on the FBO website.
