Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Source Control and Export Control applies. Required delivery is 152 days after receipt of order. Solicitation will result in a firm-fixed Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) in accordance with FAR 13.5. The IDPO contains 3-year base plus 2 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 3463 each for the base and option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
